Jesus made us a promise in John 16:33...He promised us trouble. We live in a world where Christianity is increasingly under attack. Too often, as Christians, we are not sure how to respond or even live out our faith in what seems like a hostile world. The Apostle Peter understood this and it is why he wrote the book of 1 Peter. In this series we will explore what it means to be a stranger and alien in this world and discover that we have a home but it's not of this world. Therefore, though we are promised trouble we can be of good cheer because Jesus has overcome this world.
